The Ranch House

The Ranch House has recently undergone a significant remodel while retaining the simple character and history that make it special. For many years, it served as the summer home of Sally Groom, the “Sally” of Brusally, and it is now being offered for monthly or year-round rental.

The home is a comfortable two-bedroom, one-bath historic ranch house with a private yard enclosed by a classic white picket fence. One of its best features is the setting. The views to the north and west are beautiful, whether enjoyed outside in the yard or from the large picture window beside the dining area. A cozy wood-burning stove adds warmth and character on cold White Mountain evenings.

Located at approximately 7,200 feet in Arizona’s White Mountains and surrounded by the Sitgreaves National Forest, Brusally Ranch is a quiet, secluded place with abundant open space, wildlife and access to the outdoors.

This is intentionally a slower-paced kind of place. There is no Wi-Fi at the Ranch House, making it well suited to someone looking to unplug, enjoy the quiet and settle into ranch and mountain life rather than stay constantly connected.

Horse boarding may also be available by separate arrangement and for an additional fee.
